This track is conventional in all the natural ways, but tell me how many mainstream bassists play fretless? I can honestly not think of one, which is crazy! Not since Pino Palladino in the 80's/90's. I played a double octave, through neck, Aria SB900 fretless on this piece and only traded this and my Ibanez, Kahler Bass, which you can hear on "My Time", for a very early Leo Fender made MusicMan Stingray. That Kahler tremolo bridge alone would cost you £460 now!
