This song was written, performed, sung and recorded on an old Commodore Amiga in a bedroom in Chingford. As indeed was "Girl Like That" from the same session, which also featured George's solo, as mentioned in the notes from that track. As much as it features fragmentation, it also suggests consolidation. Right from the first line ~ "Truly, you and me, we've got to save ourselves." ~ hope springs eternal, even in the choruses ~ "Lives may change but Love goes on." ~ hallelujah and amen to that.
